Congressionally Directed Spending Requests – FY 2025

The fiscal year (FY) 2025 federal appropriations process includes opportunities to fund local projects through Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS). This opportunity is available to nonprofit entities and state and local governments. For-profit entities are not eligible for CDS funding.
