Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Susan Collins announced that Oliver Prinn, a Yarmouth native, has been awarded a summer internship in her Washington, D.C., office. Oliver is a graduate of Yarmouth High School.

“Oliver is a terrific student and a hard worker, and I am delighted to have him as an intern in my Washington, D.C. office,” said Senator Collins. “It is always a pleasure to provide Maine students the opportunity to serve their fellow Mainers and get a firsthand look at the legislative process.”

Oliver is a rising junior at Bowdoin College, where he is majoring in Government and History. On campus, he mentors local elementary students and is a member of the Men’s Club Soccer team. Upon graduation, Oliver plans to pursue a Master’s Degree.

Maine students who are interested in applying for future sessions of the internship program can do so through Senator Collins’ website at: https://www.collins.senate.gov/services/students.
