Senator Collins Welcomes South Portland Native to Her Lewiston Office

Lewiston, ME - U.S. Senator Susan Collins announced that Kaylin Malmquist, a South Portland native, was awarded a summer internship in her Lewiston office.  Kaylin is a 2017 graduate of Cheverus High School and is the daughter of Ward and Kelly Malmquist of South Portland.

“Kaylin is a terrific student and a hard worker, and I am delighted to welcome her to my Lewiston office,” said Senator Collins.  “I always enjoy giving students the opportunity to become actively involved in the legislative process and to serve the citizens of Maine.”

Kaylin is a junior at Loyola University Maryland, where she is studying global studies and Spanish. After graduation, she plans to pursue a career in international relations.
