Senator Collins Welcomes Gray-New Gloucester Middle School Students to Nation’s Capital

Washington, D.C. — U.S. Senator Susan Collins recently met with a group of 21 students from Gray-New Gloucester Middle School who were visiting Washington, D.C., as part of the school’s annual class trip. 

“I enjoyed welcoming this group of bright, inquisitive students from Gray-New Gloucester Middle School to Washington,” said Senator Collins.  “One of the best parts of serving as Maine’s U.S. Senator is meeting all the great people, especially the students, who make our state such a special place.” 

Gray-New Gloucester Middle School’s annual trip allows the students to tour the U.S. Capitol building as well as other points of interest in Washington, D.C.
