Included in this funding is $550,000 for improvements to Hogan Road in Bangor.

"This funding would help improve the Hogan Road and would improve traffic flow and safety," said Senator Collins. "I am delighted to have worked to successfully secure this funding."

The FY 2010 Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development Appropriations Bill was approved today by the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development. It is now scheduled to be considered by the full Senate Appropriations Committee on Thursday.
