Biddeford, ME – U.S. Senator Susan Collins announced today that Prentiss Kurtz, a West Paris native, has been hired as a staff assistant in her York County office.  Prentiss is the daughter of Lisa Floster of West Paris, and the late Douglas Shepherd Kurtz of Paris.  She previously served as an intern in Senator Collins’ Portland and Lewiston offices.

“Prentiss is a hard worker and provided invaluable assistance to the office and to constituents as an intern,” said Senator Collins. “I am delighted to welcome her to my Biddeford office, where she will continue to serve the citizens of Maine.”

Prentiss will graduate from the University of Southern Maine in May 2019, where she studies political science.  As a staff assistant, Prentiss will assist Mainers in York County with state and federal services and field constituent requests.
