U.S. Senator Susan Collins tonight released this statement congratulating Seth Wescott, of Farmington, who defended his Olympic title, winning the gold medal in the Men's snowboard cross event at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, British Columbia.
"Congratulations to Seth Wescott for his tremendous showing during today's men's snowboard cross event. His gold medal performance is an inspiration to all Mainers and it shows that, with hard work and determination, we can all realize our dreams."
