WASHINGTON, D.C.—Senator Susan Collins has released this statement following the death of Mabel Wadsworth, who died Wednesday in Bangor at the age of 95.
“I am saddened at the passing of Mabel Wadsworth. Mabel will be remembered as a pioneer in women’s healthcare and as a tireless advocate for and a mentor to so many in the area of women’s health. She will be greatly missed.”
