Frenchville Fire Department, Community Pay Tribute To Gedeon Corriveau For 66 Years Of Service

Frenchville, ME- At an event organized by the Frenchville Fire Department, Gedeon Corriveau was honored for his 66 years of service as a charter member of the department. Corriveau has served in the department since 1947.

Phil Bosse, a state office representative who serves in U.S. Senator Susan Collins' constituent service center in Caribou, presented Mr. Correveauu with an American flag that was flown in his honor over the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. In addition, Fire Chief Mike Michaud announced that the Frenchville Fire Department dedicated a truck in his name and changed the number to #66 to commemorate his years of service.
